  1. My work space is quite small I am usually in this space during the winter months, this is where I hibernate until the weather warms up and then I move into the garden studio. I do have a mobile studio my 'rucksack' packed with just the basic art essentials, this is my favourite as I can work anywhere in the world!

I try to keep fairly tidy, as space is tight. I have done a little bit of a tidy for todays challenge!  :  )  I love to work in a tidy space It helps me to think clearer. I paint & draw, do accounts, make new designs & pack orders all on my tiny desk! But then my personalised pet greeting cards don't take up too much room

My photography revolves around the subjects I like to paint so they are reference photos. I find the better the photo the more successful the painting. I need to be able to see the eyes, the windows of the soul it's what give the portrait life.

For product photography I use my graphic design skills... A little bit of photoshop magic... I mock up lifestyle images from photographs mixed with computer generated imagery. This helps me to bring my new product lines to life pretty much instantly, much quicker than me trying to be a master photographer! As a one man band I have to try to overcome where one skill may lack by using another skill.

Photography for me is a pleasurable pass time usually with my phone, my partner on the other hand is an excellent photographer! I couldn't measure up to his technical knowhow.  He can be quite handy
